I gave 1 star only because 0 isn't an option. I ordered an item from California and since I work the UPS driver left a tag on my door. It clearly states on the tag they attempt 3 times and then you can pick item up at the center. On the last attempt it was hand written that I could pick up the package at the center the next day.....and had 7 days to pick it. I went the next day to get it and it had already been sent back to California the night before. The message on the tracking information stated that "the receiver had refused, did not order." That was an outright lie. I was told that the only thing I could do was file a complaint with the UPS. Really? I told them it wasn't my mistake that they should fix it. I was told later that she had taken care of it and the package was being rerouted back to Marion. 7 days later the tracking number stated it was back in California. I called UPS again and was told that she had just spoken to the UPS center in California and everything was taken care of and the package would be sent back to Marion. Nope....it was returned to the sender in California. Calling UPS again.......and will be filing a complaint.
I had to ship my new phone to my parents' house because of AT&T policy which I was not mad about even though I live three hours away. They tried to deliver it and no one was home so my dad asked them to hold it until the next business day when he could pick it up. They said they would but they did not and tried to deliver it again. They said they would hold it today but when I went to check the status it was on a truck for delivery, which was confirmed upon calling them, so now I drove three hours to wait on a package instead of going out with my family because of their oversight. Why tell people you will hold something when you do not do it two days in a row. This has been my worst experience with this place. Usually I don't have issues but apparently this week they can't get their act together.
This was the most amazing UPS center I have ever been to. My eyes sparkled when I saw the two night time supervisors and I don't believe they could have been more helpful if they tried! Absolutely breathtaking. 100% recommend!!
You can get what you need shipped here but it is going to cost you. Not very happy about how much it costs. You might want to think of something else.
