It was time to trade in my old cable modem for a new one. Florence was very nice to talk to and very informative. She helped me save some money on my cable bill.
I do not enjoy the changes they have made since switching from bright house. They made it hard to pay my bill because it was in my husband's name and they told me I needed to be added to the account. All I was trying to do was pay the bill I didn't want to make any changes at all.
I had no trouble with my Internet before it switched to spectrum. My Internet has been so slow so I called to upgrade to a higher speed. The rep told me I cannot upgrade my speed unless I bundle and get tv and hone phone as well. The only way to get just Internet and get the higher speed is to cancel my account for 90 days. Worst customer service ever. So, I'm currently looking for a new provider.
Went to pay my internet and phone bill.I asked why I pay for the modem because mail flyers say that its free. Told my plan is an older one and it is through Comcast and is cheaper. So nice to be told not to change my plan to Spectrum to save money. Not many companies will give you information to save money with their company! Wonderful fast and friendly service! !
The people I saw were friendly and professional. It was nice that they were open till 6 so I could go after work. However, I would not have needed to go in the first place if my modem (installed 2 days ago) wasn't defective. Hopefully this one will have a good power supply.
