I have been here 3 years, it is very quiet and Kim in the office is very friendly and maintenance is quick to get things fixed.
Also, they tried to Bill me with fake charges after I moved out. Ended up having to go to the state attorney general's office to get it fixed.
I came from Turtle Creek over to Sommerset about 11 months ago, and am probably going to renew the lease. The apartment was renovated before we moved in, and the kitchen is beautiful. Unfortunately they didn't renovate everything ... the bathroom is still the older less nice type of counter top. Also the carpet is really old and rough.

This is a very quiet neighborhood. Kim has always been very helpful. The pool is a great added perk!!
There are no mice though, which is great (our old apartment at Turtle Creek has mice). The only real problem is noise. We can hear the neighbors at night, outside and through the walls. And twice a year, they clean the carpets in the hallway entrance areas, at 6am. 6am ... in the morning. It only takes about 5 hours total, so they could easily start at 10 or 11. And Kim, the apartment manager, doesn't give a crap.
I have us nothing but a positive experience, and the Manager Kim has been very helpful, with making our experience here a very professional and helpful one! Anytime we have had an issue with something needing fixed it has been completed and in a timely Manner, I think the Manager and all employees are awesome, also they are constantly doing new projects to upgrade and keep the apartment community well kept, my husband and I have been very pleased with the up keep and appearance of the PROPERTY! Thank you!
