Get rid of the phone menu and give some live humans a job!
I don't need them knowing what stores I shop at or what I buy to feed my family. Its way too intrusive. As ronald Reagan said "the goverments job is to protect the people of the country NOT run/control their lives." A judge ordered that money to me for a reason. I have no choice but to get my back pay so we can eat and survive. Cause Aparently 2 people with one income(social security) less than $800 don't qualify for food stamps.
Only 2 times have I called without getting someone who was EXTREMELY rude. The same lady I have talked too over and over about my case has been extremely rude except for 2 times. I get they have some stuff too do but dragging out sending back pay when someones life depends on it is insane. They tell you repeatedly its your money and you can have it whenever you need it but fight you on giving it to you even when you bring/give proof of what its for. Personally it really isn't their buisness cause like they said its your money. My life my buisness. The goverment will find every way to get up in your buisness and try and know every detail about your life including where your money goes. Hence why I use cash as much as possible because it isnt there buisness. Im don't break any laws
The woman at front desk is very rude.
Every time I mail something to them they say they didn't get it.I mail it from Marion where they are.By far the worst office in the usa.I gave you one star because I couldn't give you 0
I've been in here a couple times and every time it seems as if only one employee works here. Not a very big office.
