Not one of life's better experiences. Started with the receptionist who had attitude. Worked up to the 'Office Manager' who still successfully made it all seem like I was a total idiot. My only point of being there was to take a drug test. Oh, but wait, it gets better, rather worse. I'm instructed to empty the contents of my pockets, which are then to be set on an open tray with various people all around, walking by, absorbed in this and that. I feel lucky to have not been robbed. Go pee in a bottle, which seemed to be one that was sitting available on the counter, and hand it back to the nurse. See the nurse set it down and there were other cups there. See her pick one up and put a lid on it. Was it mine? Heck if I know. Then she puts it in a machine and starts fumbling around with another machine, taking out cartidges, turning it upside down, making comments to her friend standing there ... " ... yesterday it read it and I came back and the reading had changed to a positive." DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I'm really puzzled how places like this continue to be in business. I do give them a 1 because I was able to walk out the door and know I'll never ever enter into that place again! Yay!
ALWAYS GREAT, service, availability and help. I get my drivers physicals there and the staff is both supportive and informative.
