The staff at John Claxon's office are friendly, but really don't know what they're doing. I was given a quote, made my first payment, then got a letter doubling it and asking for back payment. Even after 2 more visits to try and work it out, Progressive quoted me half of their cost. When I came in to cancel their services, there was no effort to fix any of my complaints, and no indication that they valued my business in any way.
