This office is completely incompetent. We had to switch home and auto policies due to this incompetence (losing paperwork, not answering phone). After notifying this office of cancellation of coverage they continued to charge us for a motorcycle policy and then turned us into collections. After faxing over the proof of insurance from the other company, this office of course had no record of it. Then I was told by this office twice that the collection agency would be called to let them know I should not have been charged because we were already paying a different insurance company, but this was never done. I had to finally have the paperwork faxed directly to the collections company and have them resolve it with Allstate. Nightmare!
