I was told my furnace was blown on Friday. Thanksgiving week was the following week. The Service Tech told me he would get my furnace ordered and said he thought it would arrive Tuesday and Martin Plumbing Heating and AC would have it installed before Thanksgiving. They arrived Wednesday afternoon and yes indeed it is now warm in my home. Thank you Martin Plumbing Heating & AC for a great job and service to your customer!
These guys are the reason contractors get a bad name.. they replaced a bad compressor on our outside unit and told my wife it was good now well it didn't even work and trying to get them back out to fix their screw up was ridiculous.. when they finally came back to fix it they had the nerve to charge a service charge because they were trying to say it was a pressure switch that was bad and that they could order the part told them to order it and they never did. Then here comes winter and no heat. Couldn't get them out to honor their work this whole time it hasn't worked was because the disconnect was never turned back in the on position after the compressor install they never put the covers back and there was a jumper left in place on the circuit board to test the unit but guess what it's kind of hard to test something that isn't getting power so guess they thought it would sound better to just say it was a $500 switch. Good thing they never ordered it because it was never the problem. I wouldn't have these guys do something as simple as change my air filter they'd probably put it in wrong and then say I needed a new furnace.. guess I wouldn't have to worry because they wouldn't order the new one anyways. What ever happened to taking pride in your work and making customers happy
