This homes has 2 feet on center studs should be 16" no plywood on walls they use this black board which nails won't stay in you pay good money for cheap built cut corners homes !

HoH fees wow no salt on streets or sidewalks . i got a house allready built. Its 2011modle garage floor has cracks in two squares and two areas that has began to crumble now needs fix i have wall plugs that only part work like top top dose and bottom dosent or opposite. Light in kitchen above sink fell out of ceiling canister was plastic and broke .I move in put vinyl planck flooring down in main area 2000 but had to pay 1700 more to smooth out flooring was able to get it for 1100 so sent two emails to office lady no answer said no warranty on house i get it i ask to talk to builder if houseis inspected as should then why floors not smooth or why garage cracked and they want to tell u what u can and can't do but u get not A grade house so i will be removing my mess and redo with big signs for everyone to see . If office lady doesnt like u well u get nothing from her and that is shameful. I am a Vietnam veteran and VA got my house so if anyone should be respected it should be a veteran but not here. So People Beware Of YourHouse Bing Built oh and what out for Julie's. So if house if aready falling apart at 6 then at 15 oh my gosh it will never begood for a sale but then again they get land fu they move on i should have went to Fox Run as people said my bad lol
Air under baseboards. 2Nd floor tub drained into downstairs toilet floaded bathroom down stairs.. Leaks in 3 rooms destroying baseboards..had to get new carpet downstairs due to didnt seem properly.. New driveway cause big holes and cracks..nail pops everywere....pool never opens on time.. Looks like NO poolat all this year...upgraded cubburds falling apart... New upgraded fridge handle fell off... Plus soo much more...
