We have called Kennedy's on two separate occasions over the past couple of years for two different issues with our furnace. Each time it was a Saturday morning when we discovered the issues and called and--much to my pleasant surprise--they not only returned my call within ten minutes but they were at my home, had the repair completed, and had left within two hours of me even picking up the phone to make the initial call. I was shocked that it was all taken care of so quickly and efficiently and I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. I felt that their charge for an "after-hours" repair was well within reason and would gladly recommend them to anyone who needed heating or air service! #shoplocalbusinesses :)
We were having problems with our furnace not firing overnight and waking up to a near-freezing house. I received a bit of run-around from the first few places I called, then I called Kennedy this afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the next day.
I got a call back that afternoon that a technician was in the area and could make a stop to look things over to see if the problem was a quick fix. The technician came out, ran diagnostics and identified and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Our furnace is now fixed and running within 4 hours of calling Kennedy.
Not pleased with their services. They installed a something backwards in my air-conditioner. So then I had to make another appointment for them to come out and fix the mistake that they made. Even after their services were completed the air-conditioner was never cold and just blows warm air. I would not recommend them.
