I do not own a Buick or GMC, I own a Jeep. Whole down in Indiana from Michigan my Jeep's head gasket needed to be replaced. The jeep only has 73,000 miles on it so Mike in the service department called and was an advocate for me by calling the local Dodge / Jeep dealer to see if they would fix this problem. Jeep / Dodge would not help at all even though the car had under the 100,000 mile warranty (but was over by 3 months). Matthews GMC fixed my car and gave me a GREAT price. Even though I live out of state, they went the extra mile. They know that a are dealer just doesn't sell cars, but is a continuos relationship with the customer long after the car is delivered. If I lived in Indiana and was looking for a car - Matthews Buick GMC would be my first stop.
I drive a Chevy and was hit in Kokomo. They towed my car here (based on reviews from coworkers) and the staff was and is absolutely phenomenal! Ron Huston was amazing when dealing with me (who knows nothing about cars) and my insurance Adjustor. They even charged my battery and checked my battery life. I would recommend this collision center to anyone! From minor dings to a new rear axle and back door!
I've never purchased a car here, but I've used their body shop several times and have never had any complaints. The only thing I could say is that the last time I needed repairs done I had been quoted at 4-5 days, which ended up actually being nine days. That's all fine, really, but a phone call to let me know it would take longer than expected would have been appreciated.
