Was pretty good in the past, but when coming at 5:40 pm on 9/2/17, no one was at the counter when we arrived. No tables were clean. They were out of forks. And food wasn't brought out for almost 20 min. ...This is a "fast food" restaurant. I've only seen two employees since we arrived. One bringing out food and the one at the counter. What happened to the free hot breadsticks of the past? No one was serving them tonight... Very disappointed.
Horrible service in the Marion Indiana store on Sunday December 3... Waited over 35 mins for our food.. My daughter an son in law NEVER got their food.. They never came around with breadsticks, no ice for the drinks.. The manager didnt even apologize... We will NEVER eat here again!!!!
These people have no idea what they are doing... waited 30+ minutes for food and finally asked for my money back. The manager is unprofessional and no one knows how to run the cash register. More than one person asked for there money back. They need better workers in here and definitely a better manager! The service sucks!!!
3 visits in in about a week and a half. First time we dined in and service was lousy. Food was alright. 2nd time we dined in everything was great. Sitting here for the 3rd time tonight dining in. I got spaghetti and almost had it finished before she even got her meal, because they forgot to tell us they didn't have any Alfredo sauce ready. They wanted her to then order something else. That's ok we waited, figured we could eat some breadsticks, those didn't come after asking xXxX how times. Finally had to go up front and get them myself. Inside was trashed, dirty dishes everywhere, I'm done ranting you guys need to get it together. Shm
WHY!? Horrible and disgraceful, this place is disgusting. I did not eat at this location, but I accidently ate at another location while traveling to Marion, and only because there were no other options open. The pasta tasted like overcooked Campbell's noodles with Heinz Catsup on it. I wanted to throw the food on the wall and jump on the table.
