Maintenance is on top of issues and fixes them same day. Management is nice and works with you with any issues you may have.
It's extremely quite and clean here. I recently moved from Hawaii and found Turtle Creek to be the best complex in Marion. There is a sauna, billiard room, fitness center, and library.
I highly recommend Turtle Creek to anyone who wants to live in a safe, clean, and well run facility.
Positive living environment and friendly staff. Marion isn't the best town to live in but knowing multiple police officers reside in Turtle Creek always made me sleep better at night. They recently insalled securty cameras on every entrance which also gave me comfort in knowing that it is a safe and quite place to live. The rent is fair and competitively affordable as well. Best apartment complex I've lived in so far!
My daughter and I have recently moved in, we love living here. The staff is always friendly! Atlanta the manager is awesome! She has been so helpful with answering all of my questions and making my daughter and I feel comfortable. Having an elevator in the building is a life saver when bringing in groceries.
Turtle Creek is amazing! I moved from Florida about a year ago and had never been to Indiana. The staff was so helpful over the phone and honest before I even got here helping my transition run super smoothly. I resided in one of the studio apartments and I loved how cozy it was. The complex is so quiet! I never had anything to complain about. Not to mention the staff is so friendly and helpful. Any concern you may have they address promptly and the maintenance staff responds extremely quickly to any and all needs. It's also comforting to know a few cops live in the complex and security cameras have recently been installed. I honestly wish I could give it more than 5 stars I have loved living here.
Moving from a house out of state into an apartment is hard enough, but the Property Manager (Atlanta P.) worked with us, answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our choice. Turtlecreek apartments is clean and well maintain, maintenance is prompt, pleasant and respectful. My husband and I would like to thank Atlanta and Dan for making us feel welcome.
I am a small female and have never had any problems nor do I feel scared walking about the complex at night. You cannot enter after business hours unless you have a key. There is a police officer that lives on and patrols the premise with his police k9.
