It's dirt cheap, but they treat you like dirt. We were model residents and our phone calls were never answered, and they threatened to take us to court over $90 that they said we owed, even though we'd been trying to take care of the problem for over six months to no avail. They genuinely do not care about their residents. Do not live here or at any of the properties owned by Freeman Development Corporation!
