He did our Heating inspection and made sure our house would not catch on fire. Our system’s being updated in less than 48 hours and even got our insulation taken care of.
They are "AMAZING". Let you know everything as it's happening, and describe issues in layman's terms that are understandable to the Plumbing and Heating illiterate. John Buckler is an amazing asset to the Summers team, and has done a lot for my family and I. Caleb J was out to my home today for a plumbing inspection. I was unable to be home for the inspection and had to apologize when I made the appointment this morning that I hadn't had time to wash the dishes in the sink. When I came home after the inspection, I found that my dishes had been washed and the full kitchen trash bag had been taken out for me. Impressed again with the little details Summers prides itself in and making sure their customers are well taken care of. Thanks Caleb and Summers!
Fantastic service for top to bottom! We called to get an estimate on a new water softener and within the week it was installed. Our installer, James Keppeler was friendly and professional. He did a great job cleaning up the "plumbing" around the softener, the install is clean. He took time to explain things to us about what he was doing and how the new unit worked. Great service from Summers, I would not hesitate to recommend them....and if you're doing plumbing ask for James.
