This store was sad and felt neglected. The cats and dogs seemed miserable and the fish tanks were filthy. Merchandise was either covered in dust or highly priced. Staff seemed helpful despite surroundings.
Awesome grooming. People really love the animals. Very helpful staff.
This store is near and dear to my heart. I basically grew up in here. That is why it's current condition hurts my heart. One woman is always hollering at the dogs. While she is friendly with customers, I do not appreciate her screaming "shut up" at dogs barking due to excitement. Picture perfect is the store in Marion I prefer to go to. I want to see them become what they once were and maybe ditch some unseemly employees. I hope soon they get more work done on their store.
I’m from out of town and my 7 month old 30 lbs puppy needed his nails clipped. The were very helpful and very cost effective. I really felt like they knew what they were doing. Very satisfied customer.
This place is absolutely disgusting! The smell awful! The puppy's area is always full of feces. Poor animals. I refuse to give them my business. This place needs shut down!
