After 17 years we were in dire need of a new bed. We went to Matress Firm and Jerry was VERY helpful to my wife and her health needs and actually understood what was best for her. He was VERY knowledgeable and knew what we needed better than we did. Even though he was the only salesperson in the store and having to deal with other customers in the store and on the phone, he took his time with us. We almost went to sleep number, I'm glad we didnt.
