Was able to clean the carpet in timely manner, cost was a little more but not overly pricey. I just had it done yesterday and it looks like new carpet. I also have pets and had spots from their "accidents". He uses an ozone product that removes any odors. I will definitely use him again. Also found out he does upholstery and mattresses. This isn't a steam cleaner! So it is a low volume moisture that drys faster!
