First one in the door at 8:00am. Still sitting in the waiting area nearly an hour later while they take people ahead of me. Sure don't mind a child going ahead of me but people with "a sinus thing?"
I will not come back in and pay again when I was told I would not have to do that. They said they would put me on a phone sheet to get a call back.
I went in for a severe head cold which I was told is just a virus. I believed it to be a sinus infection. The doctor said if I don't get better, to call in and they can give me a prescription for an antibiotic. She also said we also do follow up calls a couple days later, so you could tell them then if you're not feeling better. I never received a call. A week later and I'm still not feeling well, so I call in and tell them what the doctor said. I was told "oh, they shouldn't have said that, you will have to come in and be seen again."

My wait was about 1 hour but that isn't so bad. I think it's reasonable and walk in you never know who is ahead of you so be a patient patient. The rate was 150 but my insurance covered. I got what I needed quickly after being seen. Thanks for serving our area!! I appreciate that you are here.
