I have had my countertops since August 2012. When I received them I absolutely loved them. That all changed this past summer when I noticed a bump in the countertop where it is pieced together. I called someone right away and THREE WEEKS later someone finally came out to look at them. The gentleman who looked at it said he thought it was water damage. ( I couldn't believe that because I am a bit picky about the way my home looks and would NEVER leave water standing long enough on the countertop to cause that type of damage.) After about two weeks I had not heard from anyone, so I tried to reach the gentleman who came out to look at the countertops the first time. After many, many, many attempts of calling and leaving messages I finally emailed the company and after six weeks of trying to reach someone the company finally sent a letter and said the damage had been determined to be caused by water, therefore, not covered by warranty. Now to add to that, the trim along the front edges of the countertop are coming unglued. How can that be water damage? Again, I have tried to contact someone, but to no avail the call went to his voicemail. I am very disappointed with this company's manner in working with me as there customer. They are a very large cabinet top company and I would think they would want to uphold the quality that they say they have in there product. The quality of service reflects in the quality of a product and in my case BOTH have been very poor.
