My great grandma was here for a while and we finally got so tired of issues from staff to facility that we moved her. I hope this place improves or it'll be out of business.

I visit Northwoods daily to check on family friends and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is genuinely a family atmosphere here with the residents and staff. The facility is clean and inviting. I am impressed with the daily food selections from the menus.
