Waited the 6-8 weeks for our couch to find out they never ordered our furniture. Was told that this kind of thing happens from a sales rep like it was no big deal. We would have ordered from someone else at this point but we pre-paid. Now we will be going through the holidays without front room furniture with no sort of compensation for our inconvenience.
I have ordered furniture from a lot of places. I see that some other reviews say the pricing is high, and if it is a higher then it is worth it for the customer service and the fact that you get what you pay for. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone somewhere else and had to have something delivered 3 different times because the furniture was ripped, or scuffed, or torn. This place does it perfect.
