On the afternoon of 7/15/16 I ordered flowers on the website, paid for them, and received an email confirmation that delivery would take place the next day 7/16/16. The flowers were for my mother who was returning home from surgery. Next morning at 9:30 am PST, I received an email stating that the store was closed at this time, my order was cancelled, and my charges refunded. Apparently this is the kind of on-line service you can expect from this vendor. Now because of their delay in responding, and with the time difference, I'll have to wait until Monday to contact another florist in order to send my mother the flowers that should have been waiting for her upon her return home yesterday. This is very poor customer service. I send my mother flowers fairly often and decided to take a chance on this vendor. What a disappointment! Never again.

I have been relentlessly working with Google to correct our business information...we are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 to 5...Wednesday and Saturday 9 to 12. Closed Sunday...and no we don't sell lawn mowers as the picture might indicate. Please refer to our website for floral selection guide...thank you. I’ve been doing business with Vice’s for 20 years (my entire family much longer). They have always been very friendly and make gorgeous arrangements!! Just ordered one today for my moms birthday and want everyone to know how truly wonderful they are!!
