Lee was great! He was very knowledgeable & enthusiastic. His fellow Verizon workers were great too. Definitely suggest going in to check out new phones & ask questions.
The people there are really nice and my service was pleasant, but all I asked is that they take the information off one iPhone and transfer it to my new one. The guy behind the counter didn't seem to know what to do and asked a "senior associate" for help. When I got my phones back 2 hours later the only thing that had been transferred was my contacts. Nothing else. So went home and googled it and did it myself in under an hour. A little disappointed. I felt that was a pretty general and common task that they should be able to complete.
By far they helped me get what I needed for my son an I very friendly and helpful
