Shocked and disappointed to find just a freshly dug hole in the ground, no vault, no other preparations when our funeral procession arrived at the cemetery. Couldn't have a normal burial service because they hadn't prepared the grave and they had to take Dad back to the funeral home and bury him later.
Needham and sons did a wonderful job for my dad and brother. They above what they had to do and took such great care for us. I highly recommend them.
