Took over a month to get a response for a business loan. Do not talk to JAY, he is hardly available when you need to reach him. This credit union used to have better service years ago, and now its becoming a big joke.
Paying them as agreed and they turned me into the bureaus as delinquent. Without warning.
I didn't have the best experience. We closed an account with a descent amount of money, and the would not allow us to transfer the money to another account. They sent a check via mail, which made us feel very uncomfortable knowing that check was outstanding.
